It's about artificial human soldiers made at the time to fight in replacement of human. As war is finally calm down, the military need no more of the production and wants to get rid of them. Chalce a former student from Cluster Edge, becomes a anti-military is hoping to give the artificial human soldiers human rights. This established the Black Chrome Group which is leaded by Chrome, Chalce's adopted brother also an artificial human soldier, after Chalce's death. This is not all, Agate, also one of them, but is made to have the power of god.
So far, he seems to have what we human called the supernatural powers. And that is because he is an artificial human soldier.

You can expect fights, bullets, fighter planes, engaging wars scenes.
