Good aftnoon~ (^^)v Woke up & getting prepared to go jogging. It's such a windy, sunny aftnoon. Good. Cos I can then jog w/o the fear for, rain. : ) Oh well, such a fine day indeed.
This morning didn't even manage to catch a wink like last night. (~ ~)nIn But anyway, I just carried out the testings which ever I could. Boh bian, me & my team leader just too good. If on other teams, might have even more handovers??! ('') Anyway, just got used to such happenings. (^^_) Well, actually, to me, whether lotsa or little samples, I just test. Nothing to grumble. Cannot finished, no choice anyway. Btw, even though there's a third man to help out, I think, should get somebody who's more experienced. Yup, yes'day, a lobo helped out. Anyway 10s him for coming though. Since he's fresh, I guess he's quite unsure of what to do.
For my time, since I came from other lab, I somehow know the critical testings, so call the basic ones. Only criticals since @ my previous lab, I wasn't totally involved in testings. Only when "necessary", so that was why I left since I dun like that. Thus, when I joined & started helping out, I considered myself still ok. Just that, the steps to do which tests first differ. But anyway, that's pretty easy to adjust. (^^) Besides, during day time, I did help up, seize whatever tests I could do, to practise. But when I'm given training, no choice lah, gota concentrate. But I felt remorseful for not helping up. : ( So guess, experience came during day time practises.
Thus, the new guy ain't on purpose one. Hope my team leader understand. Unlike, someone whom we addressed him as RND. He's an experience guy from one busy lab @ jurong island. Heard he's been working in the lab for 3 yrs. However, he was very lazy. Shield here & there. Whenever there's samples, he will disappear for a while till all the testings were taken. And some more, he dares to comment, how come no testing left for him!!! (`~')nIn Idiot, lazy bum. No wonder he was ask to leave from his previous company.
Oh yah huh, now I realise that only during my time of recruit, I'm the freshie. No partners, nothing. Now when I see newcomers, @ least 2, I'm quite envious. Got companion to learn together. So good. ... Anyway, I'd been a yr working in the dirty lab, so it's over for my lobo's days. Hahaha (^^)v
