Well, I tasted the matcha frosting, it is yummy! The recipe I used is based on Marry Berry's Lemon Icing. I had substitute the lemon juice with 2 tbsp cold water, & added in 2 tsp matcha & 2 tsp vanilla extract. What I worried is the cupcake. Will write in soon after I eaten... -.-;
Matcha cupcake w/ Peanut butter frosting. Yes, this is yummy. Except that I had overbake the cupcakes. TAT!!! Anyway, it's ok since the peanut butter frosting is too good! Recipe is from Betty crocker® peanut butter frosting. I used margarine & no milk & vanilla extract. It was absolutely delicious. ♥.♥ As for cupcakes I adapted from plain cupcakes recipe & just added in matcha. No use of butter, I used vegetable oil. If I didn't overbake them, should be moist & matcha enough. T..T;
