Cat Cafe in Singapore - Neko No Niwa.

I have a soft spot for anything cute. Thus, as Neko No Niwa was opened last year, 2013, I was so excited. Hence, with a few friends, we headed to the cat cafe on 8 Feb, Sat - 2 months later from its opening. Without further a-do, here're some shots to share with animals - esp. cat lovers.

She loves to stay at the window side. There's a seafood restaurant below, wondering if she is looking for fishes there???

I find it quite a nice place to get together. Despite not having to interact with some of the cats who are so sound alseep, I still find it quite meaningful to spend 2hrs of my weekend here. Just when I thought my minions craze is over.... It's actually, not. I've got my full set of McDonald's collectible of Despiciable Me 2, finally!

Hahahha!!! just being childish to play with these toys. Oh yes, I'm having this childish me still inside me. :p

Baking again on my weekends.

Hi there, I am baking again. This time on gingerbread cupcakes with matcha frosting.

Well, I tasted the matcha frosting, it is yummy! The recipe I used is based on Marry Berry's Lemon Icing. I had substitute the lemon juice with 2 tbsp cold water, & added in 2 tsp matcha & 2 tsp vanilla extract. What I worried is the cupcake. Will write in soon after I eaten... -.-;

Matcha cupcake w/ Peanut butter frosting. Yes, this is yummy. Except that I had overbake the cupcakes. TAT!!! Anyway, it's ok since the peanut butter frosting is too good! Recipe is from Betty crocker® peanut butter frosting. I used margarine & no milk & vanilla extract. It was absolutely delicious. ♥.♥ As for cupcakes I adapted from plain cupcakes recipe & just added in matcha. No use of butter, I used vegetable oil. If I didn't overbake them, should be moist & matcha enough. T..T;

Hmm... I encountered failures in my bakings. But I still love to bake. Jannis ♥ to bake!
